Shipping & Logistics Policy

At Hooter Group, we specialize in providing efficient and reliable logistics solutions for our global wholesale and OEM/ODM partners. By leveraging our US-based domestic warehouse and our direct manufacturing facility in China, we ensure a seamless supply chain experience.

1. Shipping Origins & Methods

We offer flexible shipping options based on your order volume and urgency:

  • US Domestic Shipping: For in-stock items at our US warehouse (limited SKUs), we provide rapid ground or freight shipping to all 48 contiguous states.

  • Direct Factory Shipping (China): Bulk orders and custom OEM/ODM projects are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in China via Sea Freight, Air Freight, or Rail.

  • Sample Orders: Typically dispatched via international couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to ensure fast delivery for quality testing.

2. Trade Terms (Incoterms)

We primarily operate under the following standard trade terms to ensure clarity in responsibility:

  • EXW (Ex Works): Buyer handles all logistics from our factory/warehouse.

  • FOB (Free On Board): We handle delivery to the port of origin.

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available for specific regions where we handle all shipping, taxes, and customs clearance for a hassle-free experience.

3. Lead Times & Processing

  • US In-stock Items: Processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

  • Bulk Wholesale Orders: Production lead times generally range from 15–25 days, depending on order volume and customization requirements.

  • Transit Times:

    • Sea Freight: 25–40 days.

    • Air Freight: 7–12 days.

4. Order Tracking & Documentation

Transparency is key to a successful partnership:

  • Tracking: Full tracking information is provided once the cargo is dispatched.

  • B2B Documentation: We provide all necessary commercial invoices, packing lists, Bill of Lading (B/L), and required certifications (CE, UN38.3, MSDS) for customs clearance.

5. Freight Claims & Inspection

Upon receipt of your shipment:

  • Inspection: Please inspect the exterior of the pallets/cartons for any visible damage before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).

  • Reporting: Any discrepancies or shipping damages must be reported to our logistics team within 7 business days with photo/video evidence to facilitate claims with the carrier.
